![]() He's the only fish in the tank ATM because I'm afraid to introduce any other goldfish if he's not healthy. It's been half a year or so since the cycle and he still has red streaks. I introduced him during a fish-in cycle and my tank has cycled already, but ever since then, he's had red streaks only in his caudal fins. My oranda has had red streaks for the longest time now. HI all, I'm new to the forums but have done fish keeping for a year or two. Is my water quality that bad? I thought it was ok, fish seem happy and I use Ammolock at water changes as well as conditioner I am beginning to think may Septicemia, but the fish symptoms are not matching exactly Not sure if I should have stuck with triple sulfur tho.Ĭurrently I am not sure what this fish has, or if I am treating it with the right product, any help or advice anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. This morning I changed water and medication to a broad sprectrum medication that treats white spot, fungal diseases and fin and tail rot. I have isolated the fish and treated both tanks with triple sulfur and salt. One other is showing red patches on its tail, but not the horrific looking angry red at the base of the tail. The goldfish lives in a 120 L tank with 3 other goldfish. I am water changing frequently recently as I am setting a new tank up and using cycled water from original tank. I did a water quality test the prevoius day checking nitrite, ammonia and Ph, results as follows: The fish seems not affected by it, it is swimming fine and still eating. However, the most disturbing symptom this fish is showing is at the base of its tail where its body has gone bright red, scales raised and blisters have formed. Living Water Goldfish is now our one and only source of incredible goldfish.I am very new to this forum, and have a fantail goldfish that is showing signs of red streaking in its tail also. The only problem we have is that Jingbo keeps uploading fish to the website that we can’t live without! The customer service and quality of the fish is second to none. To this day they are all alive, extremely healthy, and have incredible confirmation. We now have 71 beautiful baby black moors/ryukins! In total we have bought 29 fish from Living Water and 2 more to arrive next week. Jingbo also was a wealth of info when 2 days after receiving our order of 3 fish from him, they spawned in their quarantine tank. When we contacted Jingbo asking if we could delay shipment a bit, not only did he ok it but went out of his way to reach out to a friend who specializes in fish diseases to help us. At the time, we had a massive loss of fish due to a terminal illness brought in from another online source of fish. We’ve bought many goldfish from other well known sources but stumbled upon Living Water’s website and decided to order our first fish from them. ![]() Living Water Goldfish is now our one and only source of incredible goldfish.Ĭorinna Terese MartellTo say that our experience with Living Water Goldfish and Koi has been amazing would be an understatement.
